The scope of our business is to provide consultancy for Electrical, HVAC, Fire detection, Fire
Suppression, Security, Building Management and Power Audit.
In our services we provide – Design comprising of Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering
comprising of Preparation of Schemes, Drawings, Finding out quantities, Tendering
comprising of Drafting of Commercial conditions, Technical Specification, Preparation of Bill
of Quantities, Floating of Tenders, Bid Analysis, Helping client to take decision for awarding
work, Execution comprising of Guidance to client’s /owner’s engineers, Over all Supervision,
Quality Checks, Witnessing Testing, Verification of as built submittals.
Company is being formed by technocrat Ajit N. Kulkarni having rich experience of more than
three decades. He is being felicitated by India International friendship Society & Maharashtra
Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture- Entrepreneur’s Award having three patents.
He has taken seminars, workshops and published papers. Presently he is heading the firm
along with team of engineers, draftsmen and supporting staff.
